New Zealand, the best place where you receive money for a job interview

The tech industry in the city of Wellington, New Zealand, is looking to recruit tech experts from around the world, offering a free holiday to the country for anyone who can prove their merit.
In a bid to supplement Wellington's technology pool, the city is offering "the ultimate tech career trip" by flying 100 people from all around the world to New Zealand to fill 100 jobs. The Wellington Regional Reconomic Development Agency and Workhere New Zealand are paying for all flights and accommodation for the international techies.
In exchange, applicants will be required to appear for pre-arranged job interviews with “leading tech companies" in the city. The tech jobs on offer range from business analysts, digital strategists to android developers.
“Wellington is the South Pacific’s tech and innovation capital, bubbling with innovative tech companies developing leading edge solutions and exporting them to the world. Our tech industry is flying along and we need more people,” the advert says.
Wellington mayor Justin Lester said they do not just want "anyone". "We want the best", he said. Applicants have until 20 March to submit their resumes and the trip and interviews will take place in New Zealand from 8 to 11 May.
However, candidates will need enough money to cover food, beverages and entertainment expenses, organisers add. Not all candidates who fly to New Zeland will be offered a job, while those successful are under no obligation to accept once they sign up for the scheme. The Kiwi Country consistently ranks as one of the top places to live abroad, thanks in part to its plethora of outdoor activities.
