Eurogroup: further postponement of the Greek aid

The Eurozone takes time on the subject of Greece, being the EU, subject to the test of the crisis of migrants and the risk of a 'Brexit' in late June. However, the situation is not simple: Greece is still lagging behind the partner requests and the extraordinary meeting ends with virtually a stalemate, by updating to May 24. But some progress there: after Athens approved the pension reform and a new round of cuts and taxes, the ministers begin formally to discuss the rescheduling of the Greek debt, while continuing to exclude a reduction and by subordinating everything to the completion of the measures provided for in the Memorandum.
The new austerity 3.6 billion euro that the Tsipras government managed to push through Parliament, despite the slim majority which is based on two scrap seats, favored the climate during the Eurogroup's meeting in Brussels. But they were not enough to convince ministers to release the second tranche of aid, required to repay in Athens in July about three billion at the ECB.
Lacking, in particular, those of impaired loans and privatization and above all, the "contingency package" for 3 additional billion requested by the IMF and supported by the Eurogroup, which consists of tax cuts and ready to shoot if Athens does not respect the target of budget set for the program. The government contests the legal feasibility, because Parliament can not approve 'in advance measures' on events. For this, the Eurogroup has reviewed the form, asking only a '' mechanism ready to shoot and not detailed measures, hoping that Athens will approve it in the coming days. Everything has to be launched before the new Eurogroup of May 24, if Athens wants to see aid when it will be back to talk about measures on debt.
